Since 2010, we have provided a range of engaging, interactive plugins, designed specifically for UK estate agent and property websites. Our plugins can be found on the websites of hundreds of brands and thousands of offices; including some of the largest estate agency brands in the UK.
Our plugins offer you and your clients unique and unparalleled information on local schools, transport and amenities around properties you are marketing. We are continually innovating and adding more data, features and products to our offering. Most recently we have added plugins showing house price trends and local broadband speed and availability.
All our plugins can be installed within minutes, with just a couple of lines of code required. They integrate seamlessly into your website, are highly configurable and fully responsive, i.e. they adapt to different devices and page sizes such as mobiles and tablets. We have detailed installation instructions available.
Our schools map can be placed anywhere on your site, but is most widely used on property details pages; it shows the property you are marketing in the centre of the map and around that shows all the local schools and nurseries. You can try out our interactive schools map using our demo page here.
Uniquely, we use data collected from the National School Census, Department for Education, Office for National Statistics and Local Authorities to show catchment area indicators around each school; this combined with up to date admissions data, provides a rich picture of not only how oversubscribed or not each school is, but also where you need to live in order to be likely to gain successful entry to the school.
The complete list of features for this plugin is really quite enormous and is the culmination of over 10 years of work in collating and cleansing schools data from a wide array of official sources.
Highlights of our schools plugin include:
We've imported the highlights of every schools' Osfted inspection report. Meaning users don't need to navigate away from your site to read inspections; it can all be done easily from within the plugin itself.
We've imported school reviews from the only official source of parents' opinions; Ofsted Parent View. This information is used by Ofsted when deciding which schools to inspect and when. This information is presented in the form of survey results, completely by parents covering a wide range of topics such as happiness, progress, bullying, homework, behaviour and how well the school deals with concerns raised by parents.
All the key primary school test results and progress measures are available, along with each school's ranking, i.e. how it performs relative to other primary schools.
All the key secondary school results and progress measures are available, including GCSE and A-Level result, as well as each school's ranking, i.e. how it performs relative to other secondary schools.
A wide array of filters are available so users can narrow down to the schools most of interest.
A pull out side tab allows users to sort and compare schools by a range of measures.
You can even see the where pupils move on to after they leave school.
