Summary of key findings for parents
This provision is good Managers and staff work consistently to make improvements to their practice. Their self-evaluation and clear improvement plans effectively lead the ongoing development of the quality of the practice and provision. Key persons closely observe and accurately assess children’s individual progress and next steps. All children are well supported to reach their potential and make good progress in their learning and development. Children are well cared for by the friendly and attentive staff. They form close relationships, which supports children’s confidence and emotional development very well. Staff recognise the uniqueness of each child. They take the time to get to know them and spend good quality time supporting them in their activities. There are good partnerships with parents and other professionals, to ensure children receive the support they need. Staff share a comprehensive range of information with parents about children’s care, learning and developmental progress. It is not yet outstanding because: Staff do not always provide enough opportunities to stimulate children’s creative thinking and imaginative exploration. Staff have not yet fully explored ways to help children learn about the wider community and share experiences of their local areas, extending their knowledge of the world.
