This provision is outstanding Leadership is inspirational. Systems to evaluate the quality of the provision are extremely effective. Improvements are precisely focused and swiftly acted upon. Leaders use innovative ways to capture the views of parents and children to maintain the outstanding level of service and delivery of practice. The quality of teaching is superb. The extremely dedicated and highly qualified staff demonstrate an exceptional understanding of how children learn. Staff plan highly stimulating, first-rate activities, based on children’s interests. They use accurate observations and assessments to effectively plan for children’s next steps in learning. Partnerships with parents and other professionals are excellent. Staff and leaders share precise and regular information with others. They provide effective support to meet the individual needs of all children in their care and offer a continued approach to learning. Children are provided with fantastic opportunities to develop an understanding of families and traditions around the world. They develop an excellent level of understanding about similarities and differences between themselves and others. Children’s creative skills are exceptionally well supported. Babies and young children are provided with an incredible array of sensory activities that helps to stimulate their natural curiosity. They are deeply involved in exploring the different tastes, smells and textures of the various activities on offer. All children make rapid progress towards the early learning goals. They demonstrate high levels of confidence and self-esteem. Children follow excellent hygiene procedures and begin to develop an awareness of how to lead a healthy lifestyle. They take part in growing their own vegetables and dig up leeks in the garden. Children enthusiastically talk about their discoveries using all of their senses to explore the vegetables before chopping them up to make their soup.
